SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Please give a complete description of the problem to assist us in repairing/replacing your product.
For dead-on-arrival (DOA) and warranty repair, please FAX copies of invoice(s) with serial number(s).
DOA: DOA periods are determined by the product manufacturer and not by Incode Corp.. If a product becomes defective during the manufacturers DOA period Incode Corp. will replace it from stock, if available.
WARRANTY: Products that have been in use beyond the DOA period will be repaired under the terms of the manufacturers warranty and not replaced with new products. Warranties vary by manufacturer. You will be advised of the warranty status of your product when the RMA number is issued. Abuse, misuse and damage are not covered under warranty. Products that have had their serial numbers or part numbers removed, altered or are unreadable may not be acceptable for warranty repair or replacement.
NO FAULT FOUND: Products returned as defective, but found to have no problems may incur a NO FAULT FOUND FEE. Normal routine user adjustments, maintenance, cleaning and programming are NOT covered under warranty. Minimum fee is $75.00.
OUT OF WARRANTY: A minimum diagnostic fee will be charged for all out of warranty repairs. You will be given a repair estimate before further charges are incurred.
SHIPPING: All returns must be shipped freight and insurance prepaid. Items that are freight collect will not be accepted. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the customers responsibility. Please carefully package your return merchandise. Repaired or replaced products will be shipped freight free via UPS ground delivery. Air or overnight shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer.
NOTE: All DOA products must be returned complete in original factory condition and packaging, with all boxes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, cables and anti-static bags. Products must be clean, without scratches or usage marks. Double box products to avoid damage to the manufacturers box. Write the RMA number on the outer box or the shipping label. Do not write on the product box. A 10% re-box and repackaging fee is charged for any manufacturers box that is not returned in re-sellable condition. Incode Corp. will charge for all other items that are missing, damaged, or do not meet the above conditions, plus a minimum 15% restock fee to cover labor, processing and shipping costs.
