All orders will be shipped C.O.D. certified check, cash, cashiers check, wire transfer*, or purchase order (upon credit approval), unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment. A verifiable bank reference with a six month history must be supplied. A service charge of $10.00 will be applied to any order under $100.00.

RESELLERS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR RESALE CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE MERCHANDISE CAN BE SHIPPED. Resale Certificate and Dealer Application are included.

NOTE: All plastic card products (ID card printer, embossers/tippers...) require prepayment prior to shipment. These products cannot be paid by COD or credit card. Acceptable forms for payment include Western Union, Bank Wire Transfer or by mailing US Postal Money Orders.


Return Policy:
PLASTIC CARD PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND OR CREDIT (i.e. magstripe reader/writers, embossers, tippers, plastic card printers, portable magstripe readers... or any plastic card related product)

Our credit department can usually process credit applications on established companies in just a few days. For companies more recently organized, please allow a few extra days since bank and trade references’ cooperation is not always timely.

You can use a VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card. The check cards with VISA or MasterCard logo are also accepted

Call Western Union at 1-800-634-3422. Press 2 to send a Quick Collect payment. You MUST call from your HOME or OFFICE phone and enter a valid credit card number.

STEP 3:
You must provide the following information:
