New Accounts All orders will be shipped C.O.D. money order, Western Union, wire transfer*, or purchase order (upon credit approval), unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment.
A verifiable bank reference with a six month history must be supplied. A service charge of $10.00 will be applied to any order under $100.00.

RESELLERS MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR RESALE CERTIFICATE BEFORE THE MERCHANDISE CAN BE SHIPPED. Resale Certificate and Dealer Application are included.
